As an aside, I remember how funny it was to hear Jackie Gleason dubbed over in the Smokey and the Bandit movies. Sounded like Fred Flinstone saying "scum bum" instead of "sumbitch."
Edit: I remember watching Bad Lt. on one of the stations that doesn't edit (usually, I guess) but they cut out the scene where he starts jerking off on the side of the road with the two young girls he pulled over. They showed the pull-over but skipped him pulling his pud.

One of the funnier edits is Stand By Me. Instead of saying "Lard arse! Lard arse! Lard arse!" It's just "Lard,lard,lard,lard".

Censored or not...and it was censored ...a year ago I remember AMC showed Pulp Fiction and the movie took 4 hours...cable TV sucks for anything but sports. It was 5 minutes of commercials for every 3 minutes of movie.
