i wouldn't mind him going further back maybe do something on the early days of either Mr White or Joe (or joe's crime family) from reservoir dogs. or alabama from true romance.

Cruise said he will no longer make Top Gun 2 since Scott killed himself.
We watched Top Gun last night and I couldn't help but think how cool a sequel would be with Cruise as the instructor.

Out of all the cartoons they have turn into live action movies this is the one I have been waiting for. The story is already solid and the special effects are available. This would be kick arse if done right.

Yeah no shite. Hugh Jackman was all excited to get to work with Aronofsky again after the Fountain, which Jackman knocked out of the park. I would think actors would get the hint after seeing what Aronofsky has been able to do with the talent given him. He made Jared Leto and Marlon Wayans look like quality actors for chrissakes. Give him real talent, like Natalie Portman, and he turns them into Oscar winners (while never winning anything himself...
). If I'm an actor, I want to do every movie Aronofsky directs. Even if I have a bit part. ETA: I had heard about a live action Lone Wolf and Cub project. I would love to see that taken to screen. And way back in 2006, Warner Bros bought the rights to the Lies of Locke Lamora. That would make a fricking fantastic movie.

You know this was done in the 70s right? I highly recommend you check it out if not.

I doubt the movie about H. H. Holmes starring Leo ever gets made. Too bad, would've been freaking great.
