One for me was the sex scene between Marlon Wayans character and his gf (?) in Requiem for a Dream. Don't get me wrong, I dig sex scenes, but I didn't really get the purpose of this particular one. Wayans character was essentially the least important and impactful of the movie so it's kind of hard to justify it as trying to connect the audience to this character in some way. The only other thing I could figure is that the scene was during a part of the movie where he and Leto were doing well....maybe it was to show "the good times" before the bottom falls out.

Anyway......

Not that I didn't totally enjoy it and think it was excellent timing in the film, but the baghead scene in Django Unchained was from out of fricking nowhere.

Totes digged it, though.

The crazy boat ride on acid scene from Willy Wonka. I have no idea what that is about, but I love it.

The creepy guy behind the dumpster in Mulholland Drive. The ultimate WTF moment.

Then again, it was Lynch, and you could argue most of his scenes don't fit .

I'll get bashed for this

The racist scene on the freeway into Atlanta in Dukes of Hazzard. I mean, after they leave LSU and go through the hood, they have all the black guys that try to kick their asses for having the Confederate Flag on top of the General Lee. Did we really need the scene on the freeway where all the people are riding by saying comments to them?

The old guy getting a BJ from a guy in a bear suit in The Shining...

I guess it kinda fit, but it just came out of nowhere and we never got an explanation...

The shining? Everyone dressed up performing sex acts on each other. And then they go back to Jack. I know part of the movie is the hotel. But I don't know what those scenes did for the movie. Other than give you a wtf moment.
