Movie Continuity Errors

Other than the obvious Jurassic Park T Rex cage one. What are some other ones?
One I just noticed
Dark Knight Rises - the stock exchange robbery takes place during trading hours so they can hack the NYSE. they complete the hack, which had to have been completed before 4pm, but it was night time when the trades were finally completed.
Also, the trades would clearly be reviewed and voided by SEC for clear fraud.

Supposedly if you watch the MASH film carefully you'll spot a bunch of them (the film was heavily recut before release): Trapper's voice in the OR before he comes to the camp, etc...

IIRC in the Nicholson Batman Kim Basinger is never told how to get to the Batcave. She simply shows up.

The trex cage wasn't an error, I posted this in another thread. Some guy broke down the island and fence.

What about the vertical difference? I see that moat-as-demising-wall idea, but it's crazy to think they built the T-Rex paddock up only to have 2 sheer wall faces for the trees which open up to the valley after the Explorer gets tossed over.

The cage isn't the issue.
The blood and goat leg completely disappearing from the roof of the Explorer is the continuity error. LINK

In Halloween, Micheal Myers smashes the glass on the station wagon window when he’s escaping. The next day in Haddonfield, all of the windows are picture perfect. Also not really a continuity error, but Palm Trees in Illinois?

Pretty sure Alfred let her in. There are some inconsistencies, however, in the museum sequence. Particularly with at least one painting being defaced and then appearing unblemished.

Farley's life jacket when he's in the dingy talking to the girl.
It cuts back and forth from the closeups and some shots have a white stripe on the life jacket and then some shots don't. It's so bad I almost wonder if it was intentional.

In Fatal Attraction, when Michael Douglas’ character is sitting on the bed dressing and getting ready to leave just before Glenn Close’s character has her meltdown, she is laying in bed with her tits fully out. Then, after just a couple seconds of cutaway to Michael Douglas’ character, her tits are fully covered.

Im sure its been discussed here but when they kill Sonny in The Godfather, the windshield is shattered.
At the end of the scene they show him laying on the road at the toll booth near the car and the windshield is in perfect condition.
