Braveheart Speech
It's not the speech that is the most inspirational in that movie for me.
It's the torture scene
"The Prisoner wishes to say a word"
"FREEEDOOOOOMMMMMMMMM"

I have it set as my alarm when I wake up in the morning.
Makes me want to try and sell the computer off of my desk when I watch it. Love that speech. Coffee's for closers only. I taped that on the coffee maker at work a few years ago. Thought I was sneaky about it but everyone figured it was me somehow

"It's A Wonderful Life"
Harry Bailey: 'To my big brother George, the richest man in town.'
Clarence: 'Don't you see George, you really had a wonderful life! Don't you see what a mistake it would be to throw it all away?
Clarence: 'Remember no man is a failure who has friends.'
"Shawshank"
Andy: "Get busy livin' or get busy dyin.'
"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things.
Red: "So you just stamp your little forms sonny and stop wasting my time, because to tell you the truth, I don't give a shite."
(The whole 1966 parole hearing speech.)

Fantastic scene.
Unquestionably one of Affleck's 2 finest moments on film - the other being his rant against G-d in Dogma - coincidentally, also opposite Damon.
He's nothing without Matt...

We Are Marshall - Pre-Game Speech
Jack Lengyel: For those of you who may not know, this is the final resting place for six members of the 1970 Thundering Herd. The plane crash that took their lives was so severe, so absolute, that their bodies were unable to be identified. So they were buried here. Together. Six players. Six teammates. Six Sons of Marshall. This is our past, gentlemen. This is where we have been. This is how we got here. This is who we are. Today, I want to talk about our opponent this afternoon. They're bigger, faster, stronger, more experienced and on paper, they're just better. And they know it too. But I want to tell you something that they don't know. They don't know your heart. I do. I've seen it. You have shown it to me. You have shown this coaching staff, your teammates. You have shown yourselves just exactly who you are in here.
[Thumps his chest]
Jack Lengyel: When you take that field today, you've got to lay that heart on the line, men. From the souls of your feet, with every ounce of blood you've got in your body, lay it on the line until the final whistle blows. And if you do that, if you do that, we cannot lose. We may be behind on the scoreboard at the end of the game but if you play like that we cannot be defeated. Now we came here today to remember six young men and sixty-nine others who will not be on the field with you today, but they will be watching. You can bet your arse that they'll be gritting their teeth with every snap of that football. You understand me? How you play today, from this moment on is how you will be remembered. This is your opportunity to rise from these ashes and grab glory. We are...
Young Thundering Herd: Marshall!
Jack Lengyel: We are.

Jack Lengyel: The funerals end today!

If the workout montage in the original Rocky doesn't make you want to run through a wall, you're hopeless.

I see a lot of Braveheart mentions here, but the one that really gets me isn't 'the speech,' or 'FREEDOM,' but the very end, when Robert the Bruce redeems himself and leads the Scots to freedom.
"You've bled with Wallace..now bleed with me!"

Petyr 'Littlefinger' Baelish: Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some, are given a chance to climb. They refuse, they cling to the realm or the gods or love. Illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
