Jonathan - Who’s the Boss
Every scene he was in was cringe...especially when Tony would try to teach him baseball. I guess the writers wanted to emphasize Alyssa Milano as Tony's Tomboy girl so they had to make Jonathan as effeminate as possible. Turns out they didn't have to try too hard.

Almost every single one of them on Cobra Kai, especially the girls. They're terrible

Colin Forbes, leader of the Prometheus Society in S11/E19 of Murder, She Wrote, School for Murder. Total prick. Bully, not bright, poor leader and bad example for the younger students. Just an all around bad guy.
FWIW, good episode. Audrey from the original Vacation plays a fellow student (with a good head on her shoulders). The victim is a legit scumbag who definitely had it coming. A teacher gets aggressively drunk at school and drives away during the early afternoon completely wasted. And he’s the good guy. Jessica is wonderful as always.

Eddie Haskell set the bar in that Pleasantville era of TV. He was about as bad as kids got on 1950's TV.
From when I was a teenager, two that stick out:
Pam on One Day at a Time. The one that's not Valerie Bertinelli.
Gloria from All in the Family. I think she was supposed to be a teenager when it started. She was in college, but he was a graduate student already. Probably one of the reasons Archie hated him so much. That and his feet sticking.

This one. She was absolutely a terrible actress in Homeland, and she just about ruined the scenes she was in.

Has anyone mentioned Meadow or AJ yet?

Currently almost done a rewatch of the Sopranos, and yes, AJ absolutely has my vote.

Sons
- kid from Yellowstone has to be one of the worst actors I have ever seen on tv. Must be connected.
- Walt jr in BB - just so annoying in every scene.
- AJ from sopranos is a special blend of annoying and no acting chops whatsoever.
Daughters
- homeland - was glad when her narrative ended.
- Californication daughter - I dreaded her scenes.
- ray donovan daughter - similar to californication.
Honorable mention - Debbie from shameless.
Solid list

Not that Weeds was a television masterpiece but it had potential and a lot of good supporting characters. But her oldest son Silas or whatever the frick his name is was an insufferable count
