Colonel William Tavington from The Patriot, or Russ Wheeler from Days of Thunder. For me personally its Wheeler, man I hate that cocksucker.

Wheeler's just a dickhead because Cole big leagued him when they first met. Tavington locked women and children in a church, then burned them alive. I'm gonna go with Tavington.
