So am I to understand that when she takes off this necklace, she turns back to a old / Very old, lady?
I know there were times when she had it off and she was still smoking hot.

I thought the only other time she took it off she was old and nasty. When did she have it off and still be hot? For some reason I thought she still had it on when she banged dudes. May have to rewatch just to be sure though.
