I found it entertaining. The action sequences were very good and the cinematography was on point for my liking. Sigourney Weaver was a bit of a waste Not amazing but a good watch.
I really liked the samurai assassin and the demon dog. A solid 7 out of 10 for me.

I agree. There wasnt a big payoff at the end. Im not sure what i would have done, but wouldve tried to provide more closure. I guess that was the end of season 3 though and taking back Mandalore.

I was the first person in line to see Star Wars at 8 years old in my town. Lines for movies just started a summer or two before with Jaws. I remember seeing Empire Strikes Back with my cousins at Bon Marche Mall and then seeing Return of the Jedi in high school with my friends in the summer. Star Wars is a great memory and a big part of childhood moviegoing. It is not part of my core identity like most of this board seems to treat it. The way these grown men parse and obsess over it through endless threads is exhausting and a little sad. The Mandalorian FEELS like Star Wars to me. I'm laughing at the stupid little creatures and their voices even though I know it's silly- and there is some great action and scenery. To my sensibility - Jon Favreau and the Mandalorian is the only one who has reproduced that feel with any success.
