“Man on Fire” - Best Denzel movie, but….

The end pisses me off a little.

I wish he had a bomb or something and blew up the car he dies in.

No reason to-- "the voice" and his family are dead men walking once he was exposed. Revenge killing or competing gang/ cartel will get rid of them.
Plus he is not going to risk losing the deal or even getting Pita Ramos killed.

I think this was the alternate ending. Creasy used a charger, like the one he used on the fat guy strapped to the car, and it exploded when they brought him to La Voce.

I think he meant for it to be a sacrifice for everything he’s done. He wanted the punishment.

My favorites are Training Day, Inside Man, and American Gangster. Flight is another one I like more, I think.

Same. It's my favorite Denzel movie. I just love revenge pron. I have always maintained he should've had a bomb up his culo as well. However, I think someone else got it right he wanted to suffer a little and die.

I haven’t watched that one but definitely will.
I think his best acting performance was easily Flight. It’s just a tough movie to rewatch. So good but extremely unpleasant.
