I watched this last night and it had some funny moments.
I loved the part where the girl is dressed up like the guy they just ran over (Hoss).
MacGruber is telling her in her ear that it will take the bad guy a few minutes to realize she wasn't Hoss. Then as soon as she walks in they all go "That's not Hoss!" and start shooting at her.

One of the worst movies I've ever tried to watch. Watching that movie was the first time I was glad to be too old to enjoy something.

MacGruber was one of the funniest movies I have seen in several years.
No, the humor wasn't smart. No the acting wasn't any good.
But the dialogue was hilarious, and Will Forte delivers his lines very well.
Phillipe was a good straight man, too.

the humor is entirely immature and gross, but the delivery is spot-on in the entire film. I laughed my arse off.

Will Forte is a fairly underrated SNL guy. He would stand out as a funny one even in the SNL golden years.
