Maybe it's only those who have done something sinful do not show up in the flash-sideways. Libby and Shannon haven't done anything too terrible that we know of. Just speculation at this point though.

no, i'm with you on that, i don't think jack is really "with" the MIB, but it's not outside of the realm of possibility that MIB thinks he is b/c he came back.
i'm just sure there are people out there that take that line and say automatically "well, jack's claimed now."

He never had to go to Australia to pick up Walt in this timeline, wasn't on the plane, and thus is still in NYC. I just hope he doesn't show up in the alternate timeline since that last appearance is probably the most I've liked him during the whole series (and I still disliked him in that episode, but it wasn't pure hatred).

I think you are right that he can only read minds in smoke not human form.

i know next week is the skip week, but the big cliffhanger will be after episode 14. Which means you will have to wait two weeks after that to really find out what happens following the cliffhanger at the end of 14. This is because of the focus of epi 15, not because of another week off.

He also leers at people when they talk as if he's not quite sure. Not sure but its seems that he wasnts to believe and trust people which is the opposite of what we know about him but not unlike Locke. I just get the feeling that there is some residual Locke in there when hes occupying his form.

I'm just speculating. One can only assume that it will be a big cliff hanger as most episodes usually do end that way and many on this board have already read about episode 15 which I gave absolutely no details of. So please don't act like I just gave away some big ending or something.
