May 23rd actually.
Whatever, why?

that's alot of thinking for such a short boat ride
I think it had more to do with the fact that at that moment in the other time line - Jack and Locke were having a moment of realization.

MIB is just biding his time off island till he can figure out how to get out of Locke's body so he can do some real trouble.

I thought the reason he was trapped is because they buried Locke's body.
It would make sense, seeing as to how Christian's body was moved from the casket (MIB probably stashed it away so it couldn't be buried).

I don't know why they have a week break if that's what you're asking. None of us want to wait 2 weeks for the next episode to air.

Ilana said he cant change anymore he is stuck that way... and why when they get off the island will he be able to magically leave Locke's body.
In this timeline, yeah. Nothing to indicate that Jacob is dead in this timeline, and since there is no Island, MIB may have been able to leave. And even if he were, MIB would be in a different form when Jacob is destroyed.

I cant follow your logic
MIB can only appear as a dead person.
In this case - Locke (who he is "stuck" as).
Locke is not dead (yet?) in the other time line.
When/If the time lines merge - MIB Locke will no longer be able to live unless the other Locke is dead.

Please, bring back the Wallace theories in place of this nonsense.

This makes sense to me.

There's a week break next week, and then they'll be going straight, and they're doing this so instead of having a 12 day break between the 2nd to last and the finale episode, it will only be a 5 day gap. I'm glad for that. Its not like there is a wet your pants cliffhanger this week.

Yeah, kind of frustrating. Just end it already, please.

how about i wallace comes and dicks you in the arse norris?

Also - Locke gained the ability to walk when he first ended up on the island. I don't think that it's too much of a stretch to think that he will be able to walk again by the end of this thing.

ah, I see
I've unsubscribed to this merging
it's going to be one or the other, no mixing
on another note.....
so, we presume (probably mistakenly) that since Jacob is getting a replacement, that MIB will be too. What's nuts is that I have no assurance that if MIB is indeed replaced, I'm not so sure it's NOT going to be Jack

I have no clue what is going on... but i have a right to make up stupid theories... that may or may not end up happening.

quote:why's that so shocking again? I just don't see any real significance of that line. Are We supposed to believe that Jack is really w/ MIB now?
Also, MIB to Jack at the end..."You're with me now." Wow.

If this is correct and we happen to see him in his original form...wouldn't he be in the form of Jacob? (assuming MIB was being literal when he said Jacob took his body)

he's trapped b/c that's the form he chose when Jacob died
I dont think it has anything to do with burial
