I like the evidence for Jack being Adam. If I had to guess at who Eve is, I'd have to go with Kate because anyone else would be random as hell, unless they get Virginia Venit to the island.

I think that it was Jack and Kate who first stumbled upon A&E in "House of the Rising Sun" so that could possibly be a correlation.
When I was rewatching that episode though (which is Sun-centric), I couldn't help but notice some of the editing choices where scenes featuring A&E immediately cut to a scene with Sun or Jin. It started to make me wonder whether A&E would be Jin and Sun, especially since they are the only couple that we have not seen reunited after a long time apart (other examples - Rose and Bernard, Desmond and Penny, Sayid and Nadia, etc.). I admit there is not a lot of evidence to support this though.
Anyway, A&E may not even be a "known couple".

Anybody know why the bodies were back to their original spots in the more recent viewing? I thought they moved/buried them after Jack discovered them.

* It is possible the castaways placed the Skeletons side-by-side and moved them near the coffin but unlikely. More likely, this is a set error.

I still think Rose and Bernard are Adam and Eve. They don't serve any other purpose on the show but they manage to hang around. It just makes sense that the 2 people who insist on being by themselves and not leaving the Island would be A&E
