Or drone surveillance. It wasn't convenient to the plot and they needed to build suspense I guess.

Same. Women can be super useful in combat. They can be a great shot, they can be quick on the draw, they can have a shite ton of endurance, they can take a beating, they can be excellent pilots or equipment operators. They can be super fricking smart.

They can not beat a 230lb trained soldier's arse in 1 on 1 hand to hand combat.

This is my theory. In season 2, the US govt replaced the head of one of the Mexican cartels because the previous lead was in bed with China.

That's how they got put on those 2 chinese scientists in Iran.

IMO Iran found out via China via the cartel who Joe was, and used Russian intelligence to find her.

It can all lead back to the helicopter pilot who is the daughter of the now-cartel leader.

Since Kyle McManus took out the dudes on the big jet, Iran is looking for a plan B to get Joe out of the country. My money is they're going to call the Cartel for a favor.
