Sheridan's Paramount deal ends at the end of 2028.

Unfortunately, he probably will be writing season 4, assuming it gets renewed.

Pretty good finale.

* Loved the reveal at the end. Yup. It's personal and they think it's the Iranian government after them, not Aliyah. That is one highly motivated bitch.

* Nice seeing Jo f up again. In real world, no way she would have been allowed to run that op at the restaurant that close to her return. Too emotionally compromised and involved. And it showed, that's why her boss was so mad. Wonder why Kyle didn't give her up when he was on the hot seat.

* Hated it for the Ukranian spy. They literally outsmarted themselves, so intent were they on nailing Ukraine. She didn't deserve her fate. All she did was help them.

* Not surprised the family left her. Husband tired of being on a rollercoaster, he is tired of seeing his kids on a roller coaster. You could tell those kids were ready to move on. I think the final straw was when she returned but then put off going home. Revenge was more important than her family and they acted accordingly. Not much sympathy here for her.

* Do we even have a mole or was that a head fake to the audience?

* Aliyah doesn't want Cruz. She recognizes she is a soldier following orders. She wants the woman who made it all happen. Very astute.

* Don't think Taylor is going this route because he has no new ideas. For three seasons, it's been all geopolitical stuff. Now it's gone personal. Like the twist.

They were kind of teasing this for most of the season where it seemed Jo was expecting her husband to reach his end but then he'd stick with her. So her diving off instead of going inside definitely felt like the straw that broke the camel's back. But my only issue was the speed in which he did it. She wasn't away but maybe a day or two from the time she drove off from the house until she finally returned (or at least that is the way it seemed), and yet the family had already packed everything up and got the house on the market. But I guess the writers had to make it that fast since it was the season finale.

She told the guy that they had to get her out of the country instead of just killing her in the US so that they could get her whole team when they come after her. So I think she wants Cruz and everyone else involved with the Lioness program (at least the field operatives) just as much as she wants Jo.

I thought that was sloppy writing that didn't have to happen at all unless there is some sort of fallout from it down the line. First off there's no way that an intelligence agency is going to end a goldmine of Russian intelligence, including everything from operations knowledge to tactics, over a "hunch" that had absolutely no evidence to back it up. And unless there is some other fallout from it, I'm not sure what purpose killing her off actually serves except for making the CIA look like a paranoid organization that acts out of fear and not reality.

There is absolutely no way they are letting her in the field after being kidnapped like that until after she passes some real psychological evaluations, much less giving her the power to order kill orders against the people that she thinks might be responsible. And Kyle has proven time and again that he has Jo's back and truly considers her a friend, and I'm not sure if she feels the same way based on her past interactions with him. Jo is not really that good of a person, especially when it comes to family and friends. But I could also see her sacrifice herself at the end of next season to save her team if/when they try to save her again as a way for the writers to "redeem" her.

Maybe I missed it in what I read in the last pages, but did the mole get outed?

If not, could it be the helicopter pilot? Just tike the girl in season one, where they killed her dad, in season 2, she betrayed her family, got her uncle killed, could she be the mole?

They are making a big deal all season about people coming after Joe on American soil (at her home). Even in the finale, the Russian dude talks about how that’s against the rules (criminal behavior).

But in season 1 & 2, Joe’s team eliminates their targets at their homes/family weddings.

Also, the US historically has taken out targets in their home, at funerals, etc. no matter who is around them.

I’m not complaining about that, it just seems dumb to act like it’s against some code for the enemy to attack her on US soil.

I thought Jo said detain. I guess they were not expecting him to whack the guy at the table which started the mess and then I guess the Afircan lady and her detail were collateral damage. That's what had the CIA boss so torqued up. I think Kyle was clueless on how all this was going down and the 2 guys from the team that got shot said as much after they got the greenlight from Jo. They basically said Kyle would pick up on what was going on when they walked in.

The mole is Cruz right? She is working with the chick from season 1 to get back to her is my guess.

As long as we don't have to see Taylor Sheridan's legendary super soldier character again. Dude damn near ended the war in Ukraine by himself.
