Rupert talked about it. They got a knife pulled on them a few years ago so they decided to end the skit. In fact, that incident made Dave cut back on the street stuff all together.

As funny as these old skits are, it only points to how lame the show has gotten over the last few years. I guess no one can keep it fresh for 33 years.
