What Jack did to his last victim was horrifying.

Chikatilo did that multiple times. It’s why he was nicknamed The Rostov Ripper

Nah. It's Dennis Rader (aka BTK). Those scenes take place in Kansas and that is where Rader hailed from. Gary Ridgway operated exclusively in Washington.

HH Holmes takes this easily.

He's every horror slasher rolled into one.

Gary Ridgway

The thing about Ridgway is that he has an IQ of about 90. So, he had animal cunning, but evaded the police for years without the intelligence of Bundy or, say, Rader (BTK), even.

Of course, Ridgway's victim pool was the easiest within which to rack up a big count, but still.

I’d also submit Dennis Rader as being pretty disturbing.

The thing with Rader is he actually quit killing for several years and the community thought the killer in their midst had either died, moved away or was in jail.

Over the course of 17 years he killed 10 people and suddenly stopped for a decade before starting up again with the taunting letters just to let the people know he was still around and set the community back on edge.

In a prior post, Gary Ridgeway was mentioned. He was one sick SOB to have killed so many women and to have gotten away with it for decades, even though he was a suspect years earlier before he was finally linked with irrefutable evidence. He was convicted of 49 murders and confessed to 71.

Nice try. Yeah, he was framed

They found 26 of his 33 victims buried in the crawl space of his house.

100% embodiment of pure evil from Hell.

This guy wrote detailed letters to the parents of kids he abducted describing how he tortured, raped, killed, mutilated and ate them...

I have a cast iron stomach, but even that makes my blood boil.
