Gillis and Ray were fricking hysterical.
Watching everyone bomb and get roasted was kinda hard at times. Is that the norm on this show (first time I’ve been introduced to Kill Tony)?

Almost pissed myself laughing when the racist mexican did the bit about the dogs and then the black guy came out after and said "what the frick that last guy say?!"
"What's a liberal?
"A liberal? uhh....gays."
Biden's half smile and his shocked face when people were bombing made me laugh every time
Crazy how bad all the bucket pulls were. Total dogshit. This is my first time watching the show, are they always that bad? Nothing terrifies me more than the thought of doing standup comedy but I'm very confident I could do way better than the jabronis they had on this show LOL

Its crazy what some people think other people will find funny. Most of them were terrible. It was my first time watching as well, so I have no idea if this is par.

It really is. For the first guy, I was like "ok he bombed on purpose just to get good reactions from the panel." Then the second guy got up and I said "hmm...must be doing the same thing." Third guy and I thought "OK theres no way, these guys must have lost bets" (and then Tony ended up asking a guy that exact question LOL).
Then I just had the revelation that 99% of people suck at this

Umm its not out of the ordinary to get bucket pulls this bad BUT they aren't ALL this bad. Sometimes you get Kam Patterson or the T-Rex armed guy and thats cool.
The worst part of this episode is that the interviews weren't all that great either. Sometimes the standup sucks but the interview is amazing.

I can see where that’s kind of the brilliance of the concept: you may be a shite comic but if you’re weird enough to think you could be a good comic, you may have some actual insane material that a professional just needs to pull from you.

That honestly happens more than you think. A guy will get pulled, absolutely bomb while talking about the shape of his dick or some bullshite and then in the interview you find out he was in a cult for 15 years and then Tony goes "WTF DUDE, TALK ABOUT THAT!"

My favorite moment was Gillis:
"speaking of Trader Joe's..."
"speaking of Trader Joe's..."

Monday's show was not typical in quality for the bucket pulls. It's often a mixed bag. Some bombs and people's first time to do standup or who just want to get on the show. But there are some really awesome comics that get discovered, like Ari Matti (a recent one).
Then there are some shows that have all good bucket pulls. You never know what to expect. It's part of what makes the show so much fun.

Not the greatest standup performances, but the Trump/Biden interface with each other, participants, etc. was funnier than anything I've seen on the show in a while.
It had to be hard for the contestants… by the time they started taking the stage ‘trump’ and ‘’biden’ had already stole the show
This was my favorite episode since Kam Patterson made his debut

ETA: I wonder if this was done purposely because they knew Gillis and Ray would steal the show

I’m not a regular listener/watcher but this was unusually bad on pulls. The only comedian I thought that killed it was the white snake one. And that was a legit one off, killer joke. No idea if there was anything else behind that. Gillis and Ray just murdered the entire episode. Gillis’ performance is one of the greatest in comedy I’ve ever seen. He never broke character.
When he said retard, retard, retard over and over the guy with a physical handicap came out was just uncanny physical comedy.

The bucket pulls are hit and miss. Sometimes it’s mostly good, sometimes mostly shite. But they’re usually not this bad overall

Please bring in Round Two this weekend with Shane and Adam.

The shows aren’t live streamed so it won’t happen.

No, what we need now more than ever is another William Montgomery campaign for City Alderman.

The bombs are the most important part. People forget, and some people who are new to Tony/the show just don't know, that Tony is and always will be an insult comedian. This is the same dude (and show) who broke Ric Flair and made his arse quit.
The new fans of the show really have no idea what they're diving into. There will be lots of hurt feelings sooner rather than later, and I'm in for it.

They have to find someone to do Kamala now

There already is one, but she’s hard to take for an hour plus straight like Trump and Biden can. Very good impression, but in long stints it seems like it’d get old quick:
