What a ride that was. Finally getting to know Jon Snows true lineage with him being a Targaryen and him being the true heir to the throne.
Then you had Littlefinger trying to put Sansa and Arya against one another then finally getting what he deserved
"Sometimes, When I try to understand a person’s motives, I play a little game..."
Then of course the wall coming down.
Wow what a ride. I know they left it up for interpretation with the open ending, but what a way to go out on top. Hell of a series.

That last season ... it’s like someone else entirely were the show runners .
It has a completely different feel than everything else before it and was blatant on a rewatch I did earlier this year

It was a great 6 season show. Shame they never got to finish the story due to GRRM not being able to meet a deadline.

None of that shite even mattered at the end of it.

Season 8 still pisses me off just thinking about it. They literally ruined the greatest tv show of all time in 6 episodes.

8 was an abomination, but the rest of the show is great. Even the uneven parts of 7, there were some great moments.

Legit was in the running for greatest show of all time and that’s not a stretch.. and they rushed it to go work on a Star Wars project that didn’t happen..

This begs the question..,
Is there an acceptable and feasible point in GoT where a new viewer can stop at a satisfactory end prior to the smoldering derailment?
At some point during 8?

GRRM the bastard not finishing the books is the biggest abomination.

David and Dan need to do a Walk of Atonement after giving us the steaming horse manure known as Season 8.
