So did the Adjudicator get three to the head?

Where one head shot will do, John Wick will pump in three.

No half measures.

Yeah, that was horseshite. Suspension of disbelief was completely lost on me. Sparks flying off of Kevlar/polyester when hit by bullets? JFC.

I walked out about 30m from the end, but I presume the dog lived. There were some nice moments, but it started much slower than expected.
ETA: I didn't walk out because it was bad, but there were people that wouldn't stop "whispering" through at least half the movie. Not film related.

Did you see him die onscreen? Could easily be an empty grave.

Did you see the end credit scene? Spoilers below:

Caine’s daughter is playing a violin in a crowded city in Europe somewhere. He might’ve mentioned the city in the movie, but I probably missed it.

Anyway, he shows up with flowers and is walking up to the area where she’s playing.

As he’s walking through the crowd, they show Shimazu’s daughter in a hoodie walking towards him. She pulls out a switchblade knife.

Scene ends. We don’t know what happens. Did she kill Caine? Did Caine hear the switchblade and stop her? Does she break bad, and The Table request John to come back and kill her? I guess we’ll see… or not. Maybe John really is dead.

Garand Thumb released this today:

"Do the guns of JW4 actually work"

The Genesis 12 shotgun is unreal.

Pit Viper is also basically the best racegun you can buy, but $7K is ridiculous. In saying that, those JW guns hold their value like crazy.

I assume they filmed the ending that way to leave a loophole for him to come back one more time if they have a cool idea. But it seems like they want to take a break for now and didn’t want to leave it on a cliffhanger. Seemed like they wanted to end 4 in a place where they and fans would be content but also be down to see another one in the future.

That ending was no different than The Dark Knight Rises. The only thing we didn’t get was Winston randomly seeing him in public somewhere.

The arc de triumph and overhead scenes were amazing. The best of the 4 so far and one of the better action movies I’ve seen. Thought it was awesome and left it ambiguous at the end for a reason.

Good nod to Point Break at the end by the way.
Yo, Johnny!

It was really drawn out when he fell back down the stairs.

It was a heavy handed Christ reference…. Fell down stairs three time. Than final scene with the two other criminals. One believing in Wick, other one not.

My read anyway. Fun movie, will be super rewatchable in short chunks

The lady on the radio giving updates on his position reminded me of "The Warriors"

It reminded me of Minnie Driver on the radio in Grosse Pointe Blank.

Movie was good. Just too long.

Some of the action scenes I was like... enough already

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Parabellum is probably my favorite of the 4 but this one is right up there with it. Great action, the throwdown at the Japan continental at the beginning was the best part IMO.

My only complaint, Keanu sounded weird in how he said the little bit of dialogue wick had. Almost autistic. I understand John wick is kinda a weird/quirky dude but I feel like In the first couple films he talks normal but in this one all his lines sound awkward, almost robotic. Idk if that was intentional from Keanu or not. Maybe it’s just me

I’ve shot the original John wick guns from number one and the latest TTI before this put viper version.

They feel, accuracy, and smoothness is unlike anything else I’ve shot.

For gun nerds, this is the gun.
