I did not even see any commercials in between the two hours of MTV that the show took up. MTV is notorious for horribly long commercials, but this time it seemed it was one quick AXE deodorant promo and then back to the action on the shore.

Joey should have been held off from Real World and let onto this show. He would have owned the roof top and the jacuzzi. He would also teach Ronnie a thing or two about drinking, because Ronnie thought stacking 12 Miller Lite's in his hand at once was cool. It's not. Drinking straight from a gallon jug of red wine screams party.

I hate reality TV but have watched the premiere twice.
I'm considering working out for the next year and planning a vacation to the Jersey shore.

My initial reactions:
1) I thought I would hate Pauly D after the intros, but he may be my favorite character.
2) Why did snickies or whatever her name is strip down to the Buck and get in the hot tub on the first night and start kissing everyone???? Does this porker actually think she's attractive at all? I mean fat rolls just cascading down.
3) The situation looks like a guy who was very skinny and nerdy in HS and then discovered the magical world of steroids. Now he's Totally Pauly on Roids. I love the guy's act though.
4) What do the parents of these girls on the show think of their little darlings? seriously I would disown mine for acting an arse like that on TV. DISOWNED I tell yo.

Exactly. I also agree with you about Pauly D. Despite the punch at the club, he is probably the most easygoing person in the house. Sammie isn't awful either.
Btw, nice job with the research, Tommy Cheeseballs. I noticed the WPU shirt as well and was guessing it was Western Pennsylvania
