In the trailer's defense it does directly say "You know how trailers show you all of the funniest parts of the movie? We're not going to do that." It would be great if they just literally put in all the lamest jokes in the film in the trailer intentionally.

Ryan Phillippe said on Kimmel last night that it pokes fun at 80's action movies the same way austin powers did with old spy movies. Should be funny.

I still can't believe it...I would have bet my soul that this movie would be absolute garbage after first hearing that they were going to make it. I want to see it now.

I agree that Kristen Wiig is hot. I know not everybody agrees, but I'm on the wagon with that one.

For me, Wiig is the single most disappointing aspect of this movie. I absolutlely can't stand her. She annoys me in everything that she does on SNL. No matter how funny the sketch she's in might be, I'm always distracted by how annoying she is. She's like a female Jimmy Fallon.
With that said, I'll definitely be checking this movie out. I'm not a big fan of the sketch and thought the movie would be a huge steaming pile of hippo shite when I first heard about it but the more I read/hear about it the more it seems like it'll be a great "stupid-funny" movie, which is right in my wheelhouse.
