Is Their a Better Set of Rules than the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition?
Setting aside the Tecno-babble these are pretty damn solid. Absolute pure capitalism.

Which one is your favorite?

Rules of Aqcuisition

My favorite which applies to toady:

138. Law makes everyone equal, but justice goes to the highest bidder

Here’s another Rule #138: Wealth brings satisfaction.

28. Morality is always defined by those in power

Very true, as seen in democrat-led cities and states.

Isn't there supposed to be a "every man has his price," rule in there?

Yeah, Damone's Rules for Getting Laid:

Rule 1: First of all, you never let on how much you like a girl. You act disinterested, "Oh, Debbie. Hi."

Rule 2: You always call the shots. "Kiss me, you won't regret it."

Rule 3: Act like wherever you are, that's the place to be. "Isn't this great?"

Rule 4: When ordering food, you find out what she wants, then order for the both of you. It's a classy move. "Now, the lady will have the linguini and white clam sauce, and a Coke with no ice."

Rule 5: Now this is the most important. When it comes down to making out, whenever possible, put on side one of Led Zeppelin IV.

Those Ferengi really had the lobes for business, but lost their way when they allowed women the right to wear clothing.

Song was supposed to be Stairway, so that's why the script has this. Song ended up being Kashmir, which isn't even on IV/Runes/Zoso. A rights issue that would hit Cameron Crowe AGAIN on Almost Famous. Crowe says he wouldn't have made that film if he had known the rights would be denied.

Zeppelin's position is, "We love Cameron. But, we hold on to that one pretty tightly."

So, they gave him songs they rarely release for both films - Kashmir for Fast Times(Heckerling directed, but that was 100% Cameron Crowe content) and Tangerine for Almost Famous.

True story...

I had never heard the backstory but we all wondered, why is Kashmir playing in the car right after?

We chalked it up that Rat was too stupid to even get that right and it was an intentional joke for those that knew the album.
