So who all is left for the next one? I assume Okoye will stay in Wakanda

I don't want Okoye to stay behind. She makes such a good team with Black Widow. I almost wonder who would win in a fight between the two.

Am I the only one who didn't know it was going to be like that. I know Gamora said that with all 6 stones, that with a snap of his fingers half of humanity would automatically be wiped out. I figured she was just using a figure of speech to describe his immense power. I had no idea she was being literal.

Anyone else think that part 2 also shows unintended consequences of Thanos’ actions? That it isn’t as neat a solution as he saw it to be?

Finally saw it. I like the comics motivation better where he's just doing all this to impress a woman. In the movie he wants to bring balance to the universe. That doesn't sound so bad.

Thought it was funny how the two dumb white guy jokes were made at Ruffalo's expense. He's a huge leftist pussy irl. He probably begged for those jokes to be included, might have even written them himself.

I believe that Thanos had no real say.

Remember when he talks to little Gamora saying he wanted it to be random. He just snapped his fingers and the random death generator took over.

Remember when he vowed to Tony that he would spare half of humanity due to their courage and tenacity? Or when he swore to Gamora that he’d spare Nebula, or when he swore to Dr Strange he’d spare Tony? There’s a lot more evidence that he can be selective on who he kills. I think Thanos just wiped out Xandar for instance, since he seems to be a man of his word.

Was really hoping we’d get Infinity War part 2’s title.

The one where he asked if he was supposed to bow to Black Panther and the one where Shuri told him how he should have wired Vision.

I’m going with Captain America. I think Thor falls before Thanos, and then Steve Rogers picks up Stormbreaker and kills him, but Cap is mortally wounded in the process.

I think that's the ultimate payoff in part 4, the true deaths of the original avengers...it would be the appropriate way to send them off.

So the line fun isnt something one considers when balancing the universe, but this does put a smile on my face, wasn't in the movie was it?

I think Thor, Black Widow, and Hawkeye survive from the originals. Thor I think will become a member of the Guardians, along with Valkyrie.

I know I said this about this movie, but Steve Rogers is most certainly a goner in the next one. You need reconciliation between Tony and Steve before offing him though.

I’d like to extend an exceptionally long middle finger to every critic that spoiled the ending, as well as Rotten Tomatoes as a whole.

I seriously don't understand why people follow that crap. For years I had no idea what a rotten tomato score was and I still don't quite get it but I'd much rather not see it. Part of the reason why I avoid this board.

I don't understand the purpose of a movie review. If I'm going to see a movie, I don't give a rats arse what someone else thinks. I like to go in with an open mind.

Best part of the whole movie how it quieted an entire theater after the ending

This happened @ my screening as well, in fact there was multiple times during the movie when a completely filled theater was dead silent, no chewing, candy wrapper sound, talking, etc.... completely silent, over the weight of the scene and impact.

They’ve hinted the title is a ‘huge spoiler’, if it’s something like ‘Resurrection’ that would’ve taken away a lot from the ending.

I hope they keep it a secret and premier the trailer for the next one during the Super Bow next year. That’d be fun.

I enjoyed the movie but am not understanding why the ending was so "emotional" for people when everybody knows they have a way thought out to bring everybody back, giving the movies in the future that have already been announced.

Exactly. As if Black Panther and Spider-Man are dead after one solo movie each.
