I’m looking for a great show to start - along the lines of Lost, Blackout (update Fringe)

I like the Sci-Fi feel of these shows.
Lost is the greatest show ever on the big four networks, and probably top 5 of all shows.
Other shows I’ve already seen, Breaking Bad (BCS), Sons of Anarchy, GoT’s

Edit:
I decided to watch “Fringe”. I’m on episode 5

Battlestar Galactica

Others:
Eureka ( more light-hearted, but solid)
Fringe (better than Lost)
Farscape
Stargate SG-1

Best part about this, is you can first invest 4 hours into the first 2-part miniseries and know immediately if you want to continue or not (you will ).

If you have Netflix, I would recommend "Dark".

I haven't done blackout, only recommendation I haven't seen.

Fringe, if you haven't done Fringe that would go to the top of my list of all the recommendations. I think the first season wasn't as good, it was more monster of the week vs the serial scifi drama it grows into. I still thoroughly enjoyed the first season, it just gets better. Walter is the best Walter ever played on TV. Sorry Mr.White, 2nd place aint bad.

Fringe. It doesn’t get any better than Fringe. You might think season 1 is only monster of the week and not relevant to the overarching plot. But you’d be wrong, pay attention because tons of things are set up for pay off years later.

I add to this Chuck and then Stargate

As far as Sci Fi I would recommend The Expanse.

Shocked no one said Manifest, yet. Especially when Season 4 is coming from Netflix.

I don't think everyone loved it, but we recently watched The 100 and enjoyed it

Walter is the most entertaining character on TV until Martin Whitly stepped into his shoes on Prodigal Son.
