Bruh Star Trek takes place in a futuristic society with no money and there was a guy in a dress in season one Of TNG because they figured gender conformity wouldn’t even be thought of that far in the future.

I'm watching the original series for the first time via Netflix and just saw "Mudd's Women." It's about an intergalactic pimp who looks like a cross between Jesse "The Body" Ventura and Capt. Jack Sparrow, transporting three beautiful women whom he calls his "cargo."
Even Spock looks somewhat taken by these three knockouts.

According to Wikipedia, Starfleet has been represented by "hundreds of other species". Nobody will notice if they mix in a tranny or two. Some of the species have stuff hanging off their faces, are we going to start worrying about something having a little extra hanging down there?
