I don't know how old you are, but do you or anyone remember the old Warriors movie. The movie back in the 70s where this gang had to fight there damn way back home through every gang in NY city. Well, that crazy guy in the movie that kept yelling "the Warriors" could be Aemond's real life Pops or probably grand Pops is more like it. Lol

Probably felt he needed to prove his worth to his family since he openly admitted he’s not meant for Driftmark.

More, when he saw the big dragon gone once he walked out, he should have walked back in and requested guest rights/sanctuary.

I think it was Ned in the first book who remarked about the last of the dragons' skeletons being the size of dogs, with Balerion being the size of a huge royal wagon.

As far as I know, nothing about incest has been implied about the downfall of the dragons before Dany's. There is remarkably VERY little this universe does understand about dragons, even by those with Valyrian ties.

That's a pretty reasonable question, IMO. Unless you're a farmer tending to his fields while Arrax confetti falls from the sky (assuming it's not over water), only Aemon would know what happened, right?

That's true, but even if Aemond did not mean to kill Lucerys, he did, and he kinda has to own that. It's not like he would be believed if he claimed accident.

He was seen leaving Storm's End in anger.

Makes me wonder if Stannis didn't use it like that out of respect to Dragonstone's ancestral family.

Lol, he fricked the shite out of Melisandre on that table

Fair point.

But he fricked her out of a sense of duty.

could see it. I just don't know if he has the knowledge and magical power to do so.

Maybe I missed it but there hasn't been anything about daemon having black magic power in the show

Nothing so far that suggests he has any capability with black blood magic.

Which begs the question that I've always wondered about The Known World - What would happen if you got on a boat, sailed due east from KL then down along the southern shore of Essos?

What, specifically, was the Doom?

Nah, he was weak with it, that was like 2 seconds and it was over. I would have kept that going. She was so fine.

Stannis and Alicent kinda have the same path as being outwardly uber straight lace but privately casting aside any type of morality in order to keep their righteous battle going

There are quite a few possible factors that lead to them getting smaller. IMO, being in captivity did the most harm. Even Dany's dragons were a perfect example of that. Drogon was much bigger because he was able to roam free and grow while Rhaegal and Viserion were much smaller because they were locked up in a cage. This happened to many dragons. Also, the Citadel wanted magic gone and dragons along with it and they did things after The Dance of Dragons to stop their growth. Not to spoil anything, but actually one of the characters that's in House of the Dragon plays a part as well.

Had no idea there was such an insane size difference amongst dragons. That was like an eagle vs a mockingbird.
