Horrific scenes in movies that are hard to get out of your head

This scene from "The Naked Prey" starring Cornell Wilde horrified me when I first saw it in the 1970's, and still stands for me as one of the most chilling torture scenes I've ever watched:

That is a rough scene to sit through. I've only watched it once in its entirety, and that was enough for me.

The scene in the Michael Keaton Batman movie when the Joker falls to his death but he's still smiling and laughing. Gave me nightmares as a kid.
The scene in Jurassic Park where the guy gets eaten while sitting on the toilet. I used to have nightmares where I'd get up in the middle of the night to pee only for a T-Rex to then bust through the walls of the bathroom like the cool-aid man and eat me.
