Pretty solid episode tonight. Last two have been decent in a season that has been overall poor.

SPOILERS (Kind of)

Seems like with last weeks episode and the ending tonight, the writers are beginning to wind down the series.

I just don't see it.... She has been referred to as Aunt Robin to Ted's kids since the start of the show

if the show has jumped the shark, which i think it has, they will do some cheap stunt, like bring in another woman named robin, then call her aunt robin.. and have ted marry robin.

oh also watch the kids be adopted

It can't be Robin. We already know way too much about the mom for it to be Robin.

1. she was the roommate whose feet we saw.
2. she was in Ted's first architecture class when T-Dogg was in the wrong classroom.
3. She laughed at Ted's "shellfish" joke on their first date.
etc.

It cannot be Robin.

Someone mentioned the possibility that the narrator is in fact Barney and not Ted, thus the voice change. I know HIMYM loves doing things like this, but that'd be almost too big of a switch IMO.

Barney can't be the narrator....the narrator refers to "I" when talking about Ted.

I don't know about that, but, at least they are mixing some things up.

I would like to see a few episodes of what happens after he meets the mother.

Agreed. I don't like the whole Barney dating the stripper angle. Doesn't seem authentic to me especially after he was played and the very next day they're making a connection.

Its gonna have to end with his wedding.

And where is he going to live now? His place that he bought a few seasons ago? That would be lame. He needs to stay in the city.

Thats where he is when hes married with kids so its possible. And if it means less Ted airtime then id be all for it (although Ted has been weirdly bareable this season)

I was thinking about that last night. I imagine he will live in the house he is fixing up. And what will happen to the house Marshall and Lily were living in? Does she give it to her dad?

Oh, I thought the penguin mobile in the babies room was appropriate, since it was Robin's old room and, as we know from Dating Robin Scherbatsky 101, she loves emperor penguins.

What about the apartment they bought? Unless I missed them talking about it, they never mentioned selling it.

Thomas Jefferson never said this. This is a quote from Gerald Ford in an address to a joint session of Congress on August 12, 1974.

A good Jefferson quote is " "The natural progress of things is for liberty to yeild, and government to gain ground."
