Help! Unable to find quote from Tango & Cash or Tequila Sunrise

There's a scene where I think Kurt Russell is talking to a guy and holding a cellphone in each hand and says something along the lines of "this one is a direct line to the DEA and this one is to my drug dealer. never mix up the phones!"
but either i imagined that or my google search skills suck because I can't find that quote anywhere.

From your paraphrase that's Tequila Sunrise. Googling for Tequila Sunrise quotes might work if your paraphrase isn't accurate enough.

It sounds like Tequila Sunrise and I think it is Raul Julia saying it to Kurt Russell.
I could be wrong, though. I'm just going from memory.
BTW I always liked that movie but I haven't seen it years. I wonder how it holds up.
