How about a list of the greatest shows on television that were cancelled before they should have been.

Sorry, I see you are new. Seriously, I don't think any thread gets repeated as often except maybe Oscar snubs threads.

I have never seen an episode of Arrested Development but I absolutely hate it because so many people get all snooty about how awesome it was but it was too smart for the masses and had to get canceled.

Your loss buddy. I think it's one of the funniest shows I've ever seen, just a notch behind seinfeld. It's probably one of only 2 or 3 shows that has made me cry from laughing out loud so hard.

If you hate it just because others love it, well then I don't know what to tell you other than you're really missing out.

What's worse is the argument that people try to make that it was never given a chance but it was given a long time to succeed.

I think it was given a chance, 3 seasons is long enough to build a base. For whatever reason though it just didn't get a good enough following. If there is a silver lining to it getting the axe though, it's that it never got a chance to crap out and bomb its reputation away like the office has/is doing.

Plenty of good calls.

What was the name of that show starring Damon Wayans and I think David Alan Grier where they were cops and they kept making up story-lines as excuse for Damon to reprise his old In Living Color characters as disguises? I remember that show being hilarious and extremely short-lived.

Well, which is it fella? In my first post to you I quoted where YOU said you hate it because of how much other people who love it talk about it.

+1 on Kid Nation and Jericho.

Ironically, Jericho was cancelled so Kid Nation could take its place.
