Peter O’Toole got a lifetime achievement award, but other than that he never got an Oscar. I think he’s the greatest actor who ever lived, so he’d be my choice.

Paul Giamatti has been nominated a few times but he's never won much I believe.

There was a time in the mid 00s that he was basically viewed on the same level as Phillip Seymor Hoffman as the 2 best character actor types that could also lead a movie.

Mickey Rourke has also never won anything and he gave probably the best acting performance of the century so far.

Stallone has also never been an awards darling. But you could say he won by proxy with the Rocky best picture.

Did you read the subject line? Or are we just listing people who never won an Oscar?

I don’t think Dennis Quaid or Kevin Bacon have ever been nominated for anything.
