I think not seeing the Hound pretty much guarantees he's safe this season. Thank God

Okay, now that we have all of that ugliness behind us (you people are way too sensitive).

Does anyone else think Varys (or someone) might be a traitor? The Lannisters and Euron have been pretty precise about finding everyone they wanted to find and doing everything perfectly.

I suppose Jaime might have said something to Olenna, but it's a TV show, so you never know.

that final sequence was pretty incredible. im not a fan of a lot of the fight/battle sequences on the show, but this one was incredible. i felt just as helpless as those Lannisters getting barbecued. they probably blew 3 episodes worth of budget on that sequence lmao

Whatshisname said cavalry -always- won against infantry.

That is not true.

So where does Jorah end up?

Dragonstone, with his beloved queen? Or will we find him at Eastwatch? He's definitely going somewhere.

All I know is I'm going to have to adjust my expectations the rest of the season because I'm not sure how they top that.

With Bran being a god and all who can see everything that has ever happened, hes bound to see LFs turning on Ned. With that knowledge Bran would tell his sisters, leading to some sweet, sweet justice

i hope that dany and the dragons die and it goes back to being a show about having good actors and interesting things happen rather than chicks with fish lips that can't act and fly around on dragons

Arya already knows that Littlefinger turned on Ned, I believe. Which is why she dropped the "Why is Littlefinger here?" when she saw him.

If Bran can pull up that "Chaos is a ladder" line he absolutely knows what he has done.

It makes me think though, since Bran wasn't terribly concerned that he also knows he's possibly not long for this world.

Fish lips? Nah, dude. Melisandre is gone. She's having a baby, all expenses paid by HBO. I'm surprised her lawyers didn't make them write it into the show.

To be honest I think the long shot with Jon last season was a bit better... but still this should almost be a lock for an Emmy win for Matt Shakman. That was very, very impressive. It's the second best take I've ever seen on television.

Just watched it again. It was even better the 2nd time. Definitely a top 5 if not a top 3 episode for me. The bass line that plays right after Dany says dracarys is absolutely amazing. Watching Drogon turn the Lannister army to ash was so satisfying. This season is already more than half way over. :(

Ceresi
The Hound (technically she thinks she left him for dead)
Illyn Payne (but I think this is kind of left off these days because of his bout with cancer)
The Mountain (technically)
Beric
Thoros of Myr
Melisandre
