I swear if Sansa is siding LF over Jon it's not going to end well for her.

Is Sansa an OT 10 yet? I mean she was pretty badass this episode.

So Jon completely falls into Ramsay plan (after being warned). The North does NOT remember. And LF essentially controls the North.
Not sure how to feel about all that despite an excellent battle and appropriate end for Ramsay.
Danny also returned to doing some cool shite today.
Looks like we get some trials in the finale. Something in KL. Mel gets "tried" in the North. Maybe a Daario betrayal?

I legit shed a tear when the Bolton banners were torn down and replaced with the Stark banner....

Poor team Ramsay. Killed by his own doggies. It was a bit of a ripoff from TDK, but more appropriate in this context.
Things that were subtly spoiled this week:
Jon challenged Ramsay to single combat and is refused.
Rickin gets shot with an arrow wile running to meet Jon on the battlefield. (serpentine, little dude. didn't you see Apocalypto?)
But, only Wun Wun died, so I guess it could be worse.
I offer my apologies to OML. It seems there will be a white raven in E10, according to the previews.

I was going into this episode waiting to bitch about what the show has done to the North (GNC). But after that epic episode, I'm willing to let that slide and just hope we get it in the books.
But that was an awesome episode, and not just the Battle of the Bastards. The Meereen Battle was epic as well. Dany came in like a gangster, and bitch slapped the masters.
And seeing Jon pounding Ramsay into the dirt, followed by Sansa feeding his arse to the dogs, was as satisfying an end to Ramsay as we could've gotten.
So is there now going to be a division between Jon and Sansa going forward? I'm guessing that is what LF's play will be at least.

OML really wants LF to kill Jon for some reason. It ain't happening.

Wonder how reddit/dreadfort will respond?

OK, first off, I have to give Miguel Sapochnik a big, big hand. This is the most well directed episode of the series. He had a 3 minute uninterrupted battle shot which was incredible. Mad props to him, and he's going to go onto be a major film director. His Emmy is totally in the bag.
As with Dany, all that was great as well. Loved seeing her finally do shite we've been wanting her to do for the past 6 seasons. Also its clear to me Asha is the best leader in the series.
And the battle, holy shite. They had the Ride of the Rohirrim in it. He let Rickon go and shot him halfway across the field. It was brutal and incredibly well done. And I like how in the end Jon didn't kill Ramsay. Ramsay was never worth Jon's time and is a mere mockery of himself. Him being devoured by his own hounds was a worthy death, but I hope the books have something worse for him.
Might be the best episode of the series. Hesitant to say over Blackwater, but I think its better than Hardhome. Just an excellent episode.
