No doubt. Especially how underwhelming that last episode was in an otherwise strong season.
I'm most curious about how LF plays this out to his advantage. We know from his convo w Cersei that he wants to be named Warden of the North. I can't help to think that by saving the day his reward is Sansa's hand in marriage.

What if....and I'm just spitballing here...Ramsey flays Jon but instead of a human body beneath Jon's skin, the Alpha direwolf is revealed and bites off Ramsey's head.

They seem to be trying to tie off any loose ends and wrap things up. I doubt we get. True LF moment and in this moment he probably saves then then gives them WF.

I think in Hardhome they didn't go to Jon & company till half way through the episode (though I think their was a Sam/Gilly/Ollie scene earlier). I think maybe the episode started with the first Dany/Tyrion pow wow.

Edit. I'm not saying he will end up HotK, just that he would make a good person to have around if you were commanding an army and needed a non military person who's no bullshite and will tell you like it is.

When I look at that map the one thing that comes to mind is how the hell did Dany make it all the way to the Red Waste in like one season and after all this times she's only made it back as far as Mereen.
I know she had to build an army and all that. But she's a typical woman and probably has to stop at every dollar store or mall between Mereen and KL.

Why not a a Cyberdyne Systems series T-800 Model 101 Terminator?

I mean with what seems to be an impending fall of House Lannister, how would anyone know or care what was promised to LF? I doubt Lady Olena knows or cares. I wonder how that plays out.

LF knows about the fall of House Lannister. That's why he initially hedged his bets with Sansa. His plan was always to use the Vale's army to save Sansa and take over the North and basically do the exact same thing Robert did using the North, Vale and house Tully to defeat the crown. Imo.

Pretty much, although I think he plans on taking it a step further and taking out the highborn at large.
