It depends on the severity of the winter. Much like in the real world, you experience winter even in Louisiana but just a much milder version. Similarly KL (and to an even greater extent Dorne) do get colder. This is supposed to be a very long intense winter so you would expect the effects to be exacerbated.

Sansa has learned some painful lessons. Trusting LF was her most painful lesson of all. I think she becomes Jon's version of LF (like her mother was for her father) and manages the behind the scenes maneuvering that even Daavos doesn't know. Her first order of business will be to minimize LF's influence in the North
I wonder in the big picture of the show what will happen if Jon and Dany get together and there is NO chemistry. Harrington and Clark are not the best actors so it could turn out that the big union as the last chapter doesn't really work. Harrington and Rose Leslie has chemistry and are a IRL couple. Clark and Harrongton may be kind of flat

Clark and Harrington were rumored to be dating a while back but they are close friends in real life.
