GRRM is horrible at selling a product. If he would have had the book ready before this season it could have been one of the best sellers of all time.
He should have had a "preview" after the episode where the previews normally go announcing the book coming ut this summer.

When Bran tells Jon his true lineage, you saw his face when Lyanna was whispering to Ned, he heard what she said; I have two questions...
1) How does the North as a whole take that news?
B) How does the rest of Westeros take that news?
I would imagine there's a lot of bad blood still from some houses towards any Targaryen. But I also have no clue if Dany will already be in Westeros. I would imagine she will be.
Which leads to my third question...will she allow Jon to remain KotN or will she marry him and have incestuous babies with him?
