I was glad to see that old frick Pycelle got one last romp with a whore in before he got killed. Plus, he walloped that first kid pretty good.

Doesn't have anything to do with Stannis and everything to do with Princess Shireen.

Just finished this episode. Holy frick that was awesome.
Haven't read the entire thread. But now those wheels have to be turning in Sansa's mind, right? LF is shifting her more and more to his side it feels like. You saw her face once she looked at him. That's a hairy situation if I've ever seen it. Not saying LF prevails but I'm pretty damn convinced that Sansa doesn't like this one bit.
Unless she really believes that he (Jon) truly didn't want to be king.

quote:pretty sure that had absolutely zero to do with stannis.
Why did Davos turn on Mel all of a sudden. He was the main one lobbying for her to bring back Jon and then all of a sudden he wants her dead for leading Stannis astray. I know he found Shireens toy and all but still.
remember the relationship that shireen and davos had and was developing.

So if Rhaegar and Lyanna never married, would Jon still be considered a simple bastard despite the fact that both of his parents are nobles?

Jon's unease with being the King of the North is going to get an adjustment once Bran gets to him with the 3ER Ancestry.com report on him.

No I mean I know it was all about her killing Shireen and the little deer symbol reminded him. But he didn't really seem to care 5 episodes ago when he wanted Jon back and was like "She's magic I've seen her work" only to wait until she served her purpose and now wants her killed.
She has to play a big part in the outcome I wonder where she goes.

OK, I have a question. It's been a while since I've read the books and watched the 2nd season.
Why did Rob have to go through the Twins to get to Riverrun? Why couldn't he take the Kings Road?
And to add to that, if the Twins are the only way to get North, how did Littlefinger get through the Twins with a whole army of horses?

Daavos said why
Shireen was like a daughter to him
She was an innocent victim

Anyone have a clue to what Lyanna whispered to Ned?

Money says this is where Howland Reed comes in with a scroll and a message about a hard in the Crypt to confirm Bran's vision.

He didn't know until he saw the deer

Robb took the twins route going south to hit Riverrun from an advantageous angle and to threaten casterly rock
The Vale never had to cross the twins because of the Kings road

Davos had no idea Shireen was dead until he found the stag figure in the remains of the pyre. Remember, he left for Castle Black before she was torched.

Davos didn't know she had burned Shireen until he found her wooden deer just before the Battle of the Bastards. Last episode.
