Think he just did that so they'd think Jon was cool

but why did that guy want to fight Jon? I thought they were on the same team.

This was answered in a previous episode, I think the 8th episode. When the guy Jon killed whispered to him, before yelling that he was a Traitor. I think the opening reviewing the recent events also showed this again as well.

haven't seen it yet, the readers seem to hate it. I don't know what to expect from it. Not seeing much opinions in here.

I'm expecting the house of the undying to be a letdown, no way HBO has the budget to do it right.

Let's just say, goddamn I didn't know what happened in the end was even a possibility for this show. But it's pretty sweet to say the least. Interested to see how they tie that in

I'm reading books after I watch the season. That way I don't know what happens before I get to watch it, but I can catch up and gives me something to do between seasons. The house of the undying part was strange, but I certainly didn't hate it. I don't know what happened at winterfell tho.

I thought the episode was great. Seems like next season will be very interesting with all the storylines. I'm wondering how the white walkers will fit into the story for next season.

I'm doing this as well. Still need to go back and finish the first book actually. Keeps me from getting all mad at the changes, even though I'm well aware of why things are cut, redone, or just subtly different.

Pretty good episode. Wrapped up a few things (Rob and his new bride, Danery in Qarth) and started others (Arya & her crew on the road, Bran and his travelling, Zombie/White Walker Herd making a move) and left you wondering how some other stuff will turn out (Theon, Jon meeting the King beyond the Wall, Jamie and Brianne). Basic formula for a finale.

What the frick was up with assassin jaqhan (sp?). When I first heard the theories that he might be Arya's former 'dance instructor' with a different look I thought it was stupid because how the frick could he change his appearance that much. I guess now I know why that's a theory.

I can't compare it to the books as I haven't read them but I thought the episode was awesome. Better than last weekend

I won't give anything away, but I imagine the people that disliked it thought the first 40 minutes were boring

Why did bran crew run from
Winterfell? Wasn't stark men outside? Didn't theon's men turn him over??

That's just a theory I heard. It didn't make sense intially and I didn't want to investigate too much and uncover any major spoilers. Bit I think its a real possibility now.

I assume that Theons men took the offer that of they turned Theon over they could go home. And I assume the army that had Winterfell under seige burned it and looted it. Bit they sure didn't make that very clear. I assume there will be more answers next season.
