Gotcha, thanks.

Also, how did Tyrell come into their money? I know it's been mentioned on the show but I can't remember.

Peasants-> Lesser Lords (Baelish level)-> Great Lords (Freys/Boltons)-> Lord Paramounts (Starks, Lannisters, Tullys, Tyrells)-> Iron Throne

I don't think it is a spoiler, but in Cersi & Jamie's POVs (not sure of which book) it is explained in detail.

Kind reminds me of the mafia, the capos(7 wardens) owe the godfather(crown). The capos get the money from their made men(bannerman), how much they charge is no concern to the Don(crown) just as long as the crown gets paid.

my guess is through farming crops and wine since they always talk about how much of it they have.

1)Avoids the wars, they weren't hurt in Robert's Rebellion and in the War of the 5 Kings, they have been victorious in their battles.

2) Growing strong, they grow a lot of food & wine.

Tywin said something to Cersei the other day about their mines were not producing. I don't remember what kind of mines he said.

pretty sure it was gold. thats why they use gold as one of their colors and have the reputation of always having it

the lannisters had lands that produced gold. that's why when tywinn said their mines hadn't produced shite the past few years, this was a major deal. i honestly don't think the discussion had focused on that enough

the tyrells produce food. lots of food. i'd imagine with winter coming, they make a good bit.

The Reach is the breadbasket of Westeros. Don't forget that Dorne and the Vale have been untouched by the wars too.

yeah i thought it was even called the "breadbasket", but i didn't want to write it "out loud" and get made fun of if i was wrong and i just considered it the "breadbasket" in my head

i know this is going to be huge and why Little finger has positioned himself there. When winter comes, the vale will be a massive source of power.

Didn't we see snow at the Vale in the previews for this weeks episode?
