Speaking of that scene, is that the same inn on the Kingsroad, where Cat took the Tyrion hostage?

Yep. The Inn at the Crossroads.

That sucks because it probably means Shay is about to meet her ending. I liked her.

NOOOOOOOOO NOT SHAE............. She hasn't been nekkid enough yet

Relax, iluv hasn't read that far yet and is just speculating. She is still allowed to speculate in here. I and other readers, however, are not.

Is there a link to the GoT "Middle Ground" thread for Season 3? I've tried searching for it.

Anyone else find it curious that there was no mention (yet) of Sam seeing Bran, Hodor, Meera, and Jorgen heading North? Seems if Sam told Jon Rob was dead, he'd mention seeing his younger half-brother and Jon would immediately go looking for them.

I'll link to it later when I get back to a computer. Too much work to do from my phone.

He was told not to, but aside from that we should wait until they make their appearance this season to see how they play it out.

I'm sure it's just an issue of story telling logistics with so many plot lines in play.

Jon's not immediately going anywhere. Isn't he basically on trial for a capitol offense?

that's a good point. I need to rewatch the episode, but are you sure Sam told Jon that Rob and Mom were dead?

I'm pretty sure half of Castle Black did. If there was one person to tell Jon, it would probably have been Maester Aemon, since he went through the same thing.

I just read up on the Targaryen family history. I'm not sure if I spoiled myself or not, but it's cool knowing more about their conquests and how they were so powerful in the past.

I think it will take at least 2 more episodes before my spoiler happens. The wheels are definitely in motion, though.

Won't discuss my thoughts on the timing of that event with you in this thread.

You can always create yet another GoT thread.

Yea, I found a cool Targaryn family tree at lunch today. It was a little overwhelming.

So I'm rewatching the episode and I can't decide whether to trust the drunk fool or not. That necklace he gave Sansa was kinda crappy looking. Also, if Joffrey made him the castle fool, why would Sansa take so long to remember him from the tourny? Shouldn't he be goofing around court every day? And why would he feel the need to creep around? It's not like he's in exile.

I don't want to say too much, but Dontos was in the books more than the show at this point.
