What are you seeing for 25 year loans?

The only issue I had was a few super steep ramps you had to watch it.

Living in the Texas hill country, this could be an issue. I also have 4x4, that didn't always help?

Just factor in how much the boat weighs plus other stuff for example how much fuel, batteries, motor, etc. this can significantly increase the weight of a boat

Thanks for this tip, definitely good to keep in mind. It's an inboard engine, so hopefully, the engine is included in the weight specs.

Truck is at the shop now, they said the breaks look fine.

Thanks!
I have a 2002 Mazda B4000 with just over 150k miles. I don't drive it much. I'm going to pick up a 19ft boat, an early 90s Mastercraft Prostar 190. I checked the weight capacity for towing with my truck (5,500 lbs), the weight of the boat (2200 lbs) and the weight of the boat trailer, single axel (900 lbs). I should be fine towing the boat, right? My main concern is the age of my truck and the mileage. I'll be towing for about 200 miles.

Thanks!
Clearly, my profile says LSU. I added a zero. And no, I'm not an accountant nor would I want to. $3.2 million is the accurate amount, I stand corrected.
$400,000 annual salary for 8 years = 32,000,000. Considering the POTUS doesn't really need to spend money on much while serving in office, a better question is why doesn't the former president have a higher net worth?

Shiners downtown seems to be the new LSU bar for watching games.

Really? How big of a crowd? Do they show other games?
And which QB to start - Rivers or Cousins?
Sorry, should've been more clear. I'm thinking I should pick up a rb to replace Hightower. Maybe Miller.
10 team, standard, first place $250, 2nd place $150

QB - Rivers or Cousins?
RB - L. Miller/T. Hightower/Yeldon/Bolden
WR - I'm happy with current line up of A. Brown/ B. Marshall, though concerned against NE/Baldwin in the flex slot
TE - Gronk
D - Cards
K - Santos (Cle) or J. Brown (Min)

RBs Available on waiver:
J. White
CAP
C. Michael
D. Brown
B. Powell
M. Gillislee

Thinking I should pick up White and play as RB2. Or Gillislee only because my opponent picked up Karlos and I think it would be hilarious if Gill gets more points.
Is there a link to the GoT "Middle Ground" thread for Season 3? I've tried searching for it.

Anyone else find it curious that there was no mention (yet) of Sam seeing Bran, Hodor, Meera, and Jorgen heading North? Seems if Sam told Jon Rob was dead, he'd mention seeing his younger half-brother and Jon would immediately go looking for them.

Actual football Coaches too. Hmm...

If you're downtown or close to it, Iron Works for BBQ.

If you're in Austin, I recommend TexMex over Pizza. Try Maudie's/Polvo's/Trudy's/Curra's/Vivo
Actually, scratch the last part. If Wisconsin wins out, they'll go to the Rose Bowl and if Nebraska wins out, they'll go the Fiesta, and if Stanford wins out, also Rose Bowl (assuming Oregon makes it the National Championship.

An at large berth to which bowl?

Most likely the Orange Bowl against the ACC Champ if the top five remain the same in the BCS. If Wisconsin, Stanford, or Nebraska win out, they could jump LSU and get selected.
