Dany dead - check

Jon north of the wall (and petting Ghost!) - check

Tyrion/Brienne serving someone in power - check

Sansa ruling the north - check

Arya doing Arya things - check

Bran as king - meh, o guess it makes sense but he’s the worst.

The small council stuff and the laughing at democracy was silly and sitcom level cringe

The issue is not where they are, it’s the rushing to get there. All of their arcs pretty much make sense, we just should have had another season or 2 of back story to get us here instead of rushing it

It wasn't bad at all, but nothing could live up to this hype.

Started by a book adaption and passed it up 5 years later.

Think about it, the actual author of the series cant even finish the 6th book in 7 years, so some TV writers had little to work with, and did their best.

Was it perfect? No. They did a good job considering GRRM can't even finish his own series from 20 years ago, and instead writes other crap series compilations and TV screenplays instead.

Saying the ending was satisfying just because of the literal outcomes is like saying a ribeye was satisfying because it was pumped in to your stomach and you're now full.

It's the method of delivery, not the outcome.

Endgame did. It was bittersweet and everything.

Is this not a true statement? I've had shitty ribeyes, but they are still steak and I'm still fufilled. Yes, cooked better would make the ribeye better, but a steak is a steak, even cooked subpar.

He is the most dishonorable king ever. He let thousands of people die so he could become king.

End Game had a movie budget and writers 100 times better behind it.

I liked End Game, but it wasn't all that. It was average at best. Infinity War was better. End game was trope after trope.

Pretty good analogy there.

It actually is good analogy, but see my reply. Even a shitty cooked ribeye is still a ribeye, better than most foods.

I didn't hate it, but it wasn't very good. I was mostly indifferent, which doesn't match up with the rest of the show.

The ending of each characters story wasn’t bad at all. It’s the final 20-30% of getting there that was the problem.

I'm satisfied with the end result of all the characters...mostly.

But the past 2 seasons have not been very satisfying.

The pace was just too much. This story was too intricate to rush the ending like this.

Jon's ending was the biggest crime in this show, dude fought basically the whole show to end up where he started. The fukig midget got a better ending than the hero, utter trash of an ending

D&D could have basically had whatever they wanted to do this right. They chose this.
