Jon's ending was the biggest crime in this show, dude fought basically the whole show to end up where he started. The fukig midget got a better ending than the hero, utter trash of an ending

He's beyond the wall and he is not coming back. That's why he looked back at the door as it shut. He's not going to go through that door again. He's going to be free among the wildlings.

D&D could have basically had whatever they wanted to do this right. They chose this.

Except for actual book material to adapt from which they were probably banking on in 2011 when they took on this show.

Avengers has endless material in comic form to pull from. In fact, the Infinity War storyline was completed like 30 years ago or something?

Apple/Oranges.

we just should have had another season or 2 of back story to get us here instead of rushing it

I can hear it now

That has literally nothing to do with their decision to rush the final two seasons and contradict themselves time after time.

You really think they didn’t rush the shite out of season 8?

Well, the got stupid the last two seasons already applies, so I guess you're half right.

That was a segue to Arya's spinoff show I bet.

Writers: “Ok guys. We’ve got to wrap up the storylines of about 15 major characters. Hmmmmm. 6 episodes should do.”

Cast: “frick”

It means that in a well written show, everything progresses naturally. Jon indicated that he wanted to go with the free folk a couple of episodes ago, which felt rushed and kind of lame for his character.

Like after all that, Jon is going to live in a nomadic, lawless society in the woods?
