That's the thing though, some of the stuff is plainly laid out in show but people may not remember or they might not pick it up unless they rewatch. Speculating future possibilities based off limited information and making ignorant presumptions based off of faulty information or facts revealed but forgotten is not the same thing. Certain book readers try to help with the second sort, and shouldn't be crucified for it.
I don't answer questions in this thread anymore or explain away confusions because it requires such a deft touch and people complain about any help from book readers at all. And some people don't know which questions to answer and which not to, or which subtleties to be left subtle.

The series intentionally gives you information in a strained and limited fashion. It never just serves it to you on a silver platter. Ignorant presumptions based on false information is the norm. Its a wealth of storyline and character development to absorb. Makes the simple things that would be straightforward in most stories that much more fun.

I have a hard time seeing Joffrey do anything himself; he was such a little wuss during the Battle of Blackwater last season. He would've been toast if it weren't for Tywin to the rescue

For the book readers, yes. Others don't want that in the show threads and the best policy for us readers is to offer to answer the question in a separate thread. That way all the bitching about spoilers can be avoided and we can just enjoy discussing the show.
