No kidding. They could’ve leveled all of them right there.
There was someone earlier arguing that letting them live was a play in Cersei’s favor. How? It was said earlier in the episode that the people were convinced that Dany had bad intentions. How does killing them all right then hurt Cersei?

Because the main sail wouldn’t be in his way. He would have some blind spots, sure, but he wouldn’t be completely blocked visually

So they said the new Dornish prince pledged to Dany. Considering the Dornish army has seen zero combat (that we know of anyway) since the beginning, that should be a big boost in numbers to her army.
