If the show aggravates you this much then why keep posting on this thread? Which brings me to my second question, why do you watch anymore if the show is soooo bad?

This episode would be epic if it ended after missandei got her head cut off and walk of life by dire straits would’ve played
Can someone do that
Can someone do that

I was hoping Missandeis’ last words would’ve been “ burn them all “
That would’ve been much more badarse

Ok than talk about it. Stop complaining about people that didn’t like something you liked. You guys are just as insufferable.

I like this episode better than the NightKing Death. I also like how Cersei made her army invulnerable to dragons attack at any point. shite I wonder how they are even gonna begin to seige her. Those ballistas are nasty.

Same. I really don’t understand the haters and wonder how miserable their lives must be that they can’t just appreciate what is being put on the screen.

You have to be a miserable person to criticize something that’s obviously dropped in quality?

Qyburn is GOAT. Dude is making cruise missiles in a medieval like age

She pretty much said, "Burn them all."
I actually like where the story is going. Dany's character arc, if it follows through to what seems like its obvious conclusion, will be one of the biggest tragedies that have graced scripted TV in a long while. It's truly Shakespearean in nature and I love it.
She started out as this young, innocent girl who rose to power as a just ruler in a foreign land. Legend of her kindness spread and she was adored throughout Essos as "Mhysa." A breaker of chains. A dragon queen. But throughout those early seasons, you still got the briefest of glimpses of just how cold and tyrannical she could be. They were only momentary glimpses, however, and her advisors were able to bring her back down to earth after a tense minute or two.
Since she arrived in Westeros in season seven, it's almost as if the madness which was present in her father and her brother began to manifest itself inside Dany with more clarity as the episodes went on. She has made it her life's mission to rule Westeros and return her family to power in the Seven Kingdoms, but her world has been turned upside down with the deaths of some of her closest friends and advisors, as well as the revelation that she doesn't have the best claim to the Iron Throne. She was used to being embraced and loved by everyone who met her, but the people of the North do not trust her and do not hold her in high regard. This has made her jealous and distrustful. For the first time in her life, people who she believes should be allied with her are brushing her aside for someone else.
And now with the death of her second dragon as well as the death of Missandei, Dany seems to have finally become her father - something she promised never to do. But the recent tragedies in her life, coupled with revelations involving her claim to the throne, seem to have driven her over the edge and turned her into the Mad Queen.
If things continue to progress as they are, it will be a tragic fall from grace but a brilliant character arc. Dany was once considered to be one of the two heroes of the show. Ironic if she devolves into its final villain.

Was Jaime and Brienne hooking up weird? Sure. Does it ruin the episode? Certainly not.

Forget that way back in like Season 4 they almost hooked up In the cave when they were both bathing together. When Jaime was still

This episode had some high highs and some low lows.
One scene I’m thinking damn this is a great episode
Next scene I’m thinking what hokey arse shite is this
This was Tyrion’s best episode in years

I understand why they are doing what they are doing with the story but I hate how dumbed down and contrived it is

You nailed it. Sure some of the endings of these character arcs could be seen from miles away, but it doesn't make them anything less than great stories (Mad Queen, Jamie dying and taking Cersei with him). I can see why'd some have legitimate gripes about the writing in some of this season, but some of these melts are hilariously embarrassing. "The dialogue isn't intellectual enough", "muh favorite main character didnt just get killed in a shocking way", "they're transporting around Westeros too fast!" (even though there are only 2 episodes left to wrap up this story, but lets spend an entire episode out 3 on the journey to KL instead of progress the plot)

Durka durka you’re only saying that because you’re a book reader and your head canon was proven wrong. Melt
