Here is a well-done comparison.
Balerion was 91% bigger than Drogon as of S7.
The Black Fuxking Dread.

Cersei will go Mad Queen, not Dany.
Jamie will go from Kingslayer to Queenslayer
Or queen Killer is yours asking Tormon

Dany nearly gave her life to protect the world against the dead and suddenly her character is going to do a 180?
If they don’t defeat the dead, her winning the throne doesn’t matter
And now on top of that, she doesn’t have a great claim to the throne anymore

Why is this still a theory?

This was a war to survive. The war for the Iron Throne will bring up the "true" heir claims and Dany isn't going to budge.
I think she goes Mad Queen then at the end saves Jon and sacrifices herself.
Another part of me thinks Jon and Dany both die Sansa rules the North and Arya takes the Iron Throne with a Stark/Baratheon baby on the way.
Idk, they could go any direction with this in the last few episodes. I don't really care, I just hope they don't use black screen for battles anymore. Might as well have worn a blindfold and just listened to parts of the episode last night.

did you not see Jon walk past all of his closet friends on the edge of death trying to get to the NK? Jon is someone that can give up things he loves for a greater good.
If Jon was an Avenger the series would have ended with infinity war.

And that wont be good enough for the people that want Dany to die because she wont die in the way they had hoped. Most of the hate is based off the show not going the way they wanted to instead of something like the quality not being there. It being bad because it didnt satisfy the amount of people you wanted to die or some other similar reason isnt a legit excuse.
I love all the "this is how it should have went" comments and almost every one of them are complete garbage that would have made %1 of the population happy instead of the majority.
is that how you do the melt thing?

Easily my favorite part of the episode

Won't the last two or three episodes be much more entertaining with more of the main characters around? This isn't season 3 or 4 where main characters can get killed and then have their voids filled with new people. If everyone had died in this episode that some fans wanted there would be no one left that anyone had any interest in.
This.
I was talking with a fried before the episode and he asked me how many significant characters I thought were going to die. I answered six, because there have to be some important characters left for the next three episodes.
Also, pretty disappointed in Sansa for not doing more to protect her people in the vaults. Arya gave her dragonglass for a reason.

I guess her drinking, hooting, and hollering in the 08x4 preview is a ruse.

I think the set up for this is:
Arya goes after #1 on her list of names - Cersei.
Cersei sicks Mountain on Arya. The Hound comes out of nowhere to protect Arya and the CLEGANEBOWL ensues.
Will be glorious.

I'm trusting we learn more about the Night King and his origins posthumously from Bran.
We already know where he came from. The Children of the Forest were losing a war with the First Men and created the Night King to exterminate the First Men. They SHOWED us when he was created.
Bran ALREADY showed us where the Night King and walkers came from and the Night King is still trying to accomplish his goal of erasing the humans thousands of years later. That's why he's got a boner for the Three Eyed Raven. Sam hit on it that the Raven is the history of humans. Erasing the Raven goes a long way to erasing humans.
Lots of people see this show without watching this show.

A. Its a preview. They always mislead folks on that.
B. Its a preview for one scene from one episode, there are several left. This is GoT - shite goes sideways in a snap.
C. I am not arguing its likely, but Dany is definitely going to have some turmoil around claims to the throne. She hasn't budged yet and she isn't the rightful heir with Jon alive, I don't care if he's bent the knee or not.
D. I'm just having fun theorizing.

Yeah my disappointment started when Bran warged and we just saw the ravens. I thought we were going to learn more. The ending was obviously a disappointment because we needed an exchange between NK and Bran.

This is true, I guess I just want more. Where did the Children of the Forest come from? Just a quick refresher about the origins of all things would be cool. All I'm saying.
