i think i would have appreciated some stuff getting cut out of the first episode and then only had 5, 90 minute, episodes with a lot of tonight aired last week. but oh well. im not complaining

Don’t get me wrong. I didn’t hate much about this one. But start to credits was only like 46 minutes. Same with ep 1. Take out 10 from each and it’s one really good setup for the battle of Winterfell.

They’re all aged down in the books.
In medieval times, there were men being made Kings at the age of 14 and married even younger than that. You were old if you were 30.
